Creative Strategist / Marketplace Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies that drive revenue across multiple e‑commerce marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).
- Optimize product listings for SEO, conversion rate, and marketplace algorithms.
- Conduct in‑depth product research, competitor analysis, and consumer‑psychology studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead direct‑response marketing campaigns, including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, influencer collaborations, and UGC initiatives.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign life cycles: planning, creative brief development, testing (A/B, multivariate), execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with design teams using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visual assets and copy.
- Utilize data‑driven insights from sales, marketplace, and performance analytics to iterate and improve campaign results.
- Maintain clear communication with cross‑functional teams, providing regular reports via Google Sheets and Excel.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and problem‑solving to ensure on‑time delivery of initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in creative strategy and marketplace management for e‑commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales, marketplace, and performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient copywriting and briefing.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Desired Experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing product listings and advertising on at least two of the following: TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada.
- Track record of achieving measurable growth (e.g., increased sales, lower CPA, higher conversion rates) through creative testing and marketplace SEO.
- Experience running direct‑response campaigns on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing programs.
- Background in conversion rate optimization, product positioning, and consumer‑psychology‑driven marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and performance‑marketing analytics tools.
