Position Overview

We are looking for a  Team Manager  to join our dynamic team and drive exceptional sales performance. This role is perfect for someone with proven sales expertise, a deep understanding of effective sales strategies, and the ability to inspire a team to exceed ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement innovative sales strategies and methods to capture market opportunities, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing coaching and actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Sales Training and Development : Conduct training sessions on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement to enhance team capabilities.
• Goal Setting and Achievement : Establish clear sales goals and provide the support and resources needed to achieve them.
• Customer Relationship Management : Oversee and support the team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Insights : Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and new sales approaches.
• Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.

Minimum Skill Requirements:

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a leadership or management role, with a strong background in exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to track performance and sales activities.
