Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, cost accounting, and budgeting for manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key strategic partner to plant operations, driving cost optimization, profitability analysis, and financial strategy across supply chain and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Financial Management: Oversee plant accounting, cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) analysis, standard costing, and inventory valuation across manufacturing sites.
• FP&A & Performance Metrics: Lead monthly operational forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; establish operational KPIs to evaluate plant productivity and profitability.
• CAPEX & Capital Allocation: Evaluate capital expenditure proposals for plant upgrades, capacity expansion, and automation ROI.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Control: Partner with procurement and logistics teams to track raw material pricing trends, manage inventory write-offs, and optimize working capital.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), local regulatory requirements, and internal financial controls across production facilities.
• Strategic Leadership: Support plant leadership with actionable financial insights to identify cost reduction opportunities, waste minimization, and capacity utilization strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environments.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced financial modeling.
• Key Competencies: Strong commercial acumen, proven ability to partner with cross-functional plant operations teams, and high integrity.
