Description - Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting practices.
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures for improved operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with potential for overtime during peak periods
