Job Summary: This opening is for a persuasive, detail-oriented Outbound Sales Representative who will win new business by reaching prospective clients in the med spa and high-ticket aesthetics and wellness space across Southern California. You’ll qualify leads, keep prospects engaged on several channels, and lead live product demos that turn conversations into signed clients. This role rewards people who are naturally persistent, relaxed on the phone, and able to earn trust quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to prospective business clients in the med spa and aesthetics industry
Follow up with leads on several channels - phone, email, text, and direct message - so engagement stays steady
Qualify leads against defined criteria, valuing genuine fit over dialing volume
Lead live product demos from a prepared slide deck, keeping your delivery natural and personable instead of scripted
Enter all lead activity, notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
Hold a consistent, professional outreach pace without seeming pushy or robotic
Connect with prospects and move them confidently along the sales pipeline
Track outreach activity, response rates, and outcomes to keep the pipeline transparent
Mandatory Skills:
Strong spoken English and a confident, natural phone presence
Proven experience in US-based B2B outbound sales or appointment setting
Hands-on experience with cold calling and multi-channel follow-up (phone, email, text, DM)
Strong lead qualification skills, beyond simply dialing at volume
Experience working in a CRM
Comfortable presenting or demoing to prospects
Dependable, focused, and self-starting
Strong communication skills and a persistent, professional follow-up style
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling into the med spa, aesthetics, or wellness industry
Direct experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Familiarity with high-ticket service sales
Ability to turn scripted or prepared materials into a natural, conversational delivery
Experience running outbound campaigns on several channels at once
