Appointment Setter (US Healthcare)

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to schedule patient appointments in our busy doctor's office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking medical care and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing our appointment calendar.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, collect patient information, and schedule appointments based on availability and urgency of medical need
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain any necessary pre-authorizations for scheduled appointments
Enter patient appointment details accurately into the scheduling software
Remind patients of upcoming appointments via phone/email and provide appointment confirmations
Reschedule existing appointments when needed and notify patients of any changes
Maintain updated knowledge of provider availability and office hours.
Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support, preferably in a call center.
Experience in dealing with US clients is ideal.
Willingness to work the graveyard shift (US hours).
Must be able to work onsite in Makati.
Available to start as soon as possible.
