Outbound Sales Agent

About the role
This is a cold-calling-focused business development position designed to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients for our sales closing team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact business owners, introduce MEAP Global Group's services, identify potential clients, generate interest, and secure introductory conversations for our sales closers. This role is critical to our sales process. Once prospective clients have completed their introductory or trial period, our sales closers will take over to present the full service offering, discuss solutions, and convert qualified opportunities into paying clients.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to business owners, directors, and key decision-makers.
Introduce MEAP Global Group and explain our business development and appointment-setting services.
Generate interest in our introductory service offerings.
Identify qualified prospects who may benefit from our solutions.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
Book introductory calls, meetings, or trial engagements for the sales closing team.
Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and improve conversion opportunities.
Qualify leads based on business needs, suitability, and buying potential.
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospect information, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Work closely with the sales closing team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified prospects.
About you
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B business development.
Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
The confidence to speak directly with business owners and senior decision-makers.
The ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving forward.
A proactive attitude and willingness to make consistent outbound calls.
Strong follow-up, organisation, and time-management skills.
A target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Professionalism when representing MEAP Global Group and its services.
Experience selling B2B services, lead generation, appointment setting, digital marketing, or business growth solutions will be highly regarded.
