OPEN POSITIONS:
- SALES AGENT
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least College Level in Business Administration or any related field.
- With confirmed track of successful sales record.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Pleasant, trustworthy, and sales skills; as well as ambition, drive, and charisma to accomplish set goals.
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Willing to do field work if necessary.
- Female or male not more than 35 years old.
- No visible tattoo.
- With complete mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI
- Willing to start ASAP
A sales agent drives revenue by identifying prospects, presenting tailored product solutions, and closing deals. They act as the primary link between the business and clients, managing the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and negotiations to ongoing account support and pipeline management.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to explain features and articulate value to prospects.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to finalize deals and meet assigned sales quotas.
- Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
