Sales Support Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle. In this role, you'll help ensure the accurate processing of quotations, sales orders, contracts, and customer records while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Target Start Date: August 31, 2026
- Work Location: Quezon City
- Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite at least twice per month)
- Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Philippine Time)
- Holiday Schedule: UK Holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process customer quotations, sales orders, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, opportunity, and order information in CRM and sales systems.
- Respond to customer and internal sales team inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, delivery status, and account information.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Fulfillment, and other internal teams to resolve order and account-related concerns.
- Monitor pending requests, approvals, renewals, and sales activities to ensure deadlines and service-level targets are met.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates to support business reviews and decision-making.
- Ensure all sales transactions and documentation comply with company policies, commercial terms, and approval requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 2nd Year College Undergraduate in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Experience using CRM and order management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
