As an IT Support Engineer...
You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.
Ideal Technical Profile
3+ years of IT Support or Service Desk experience.
Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
Knowledge of Active Directory and user access management.
Familiarity with RMM tools and endpoint security.
Understanding of LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience working within SLA-driven environments.

Technical Support & Service Delivery
Provide Level 1-2 support for end-user devices and applications.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and access-related issues.
Support remote access and secure connectivity solutions.
Incident Management & Ticket Resolution
Manage, document, and prioritize tickets.
Resolve incidents and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain user communication and SLA compliance.
Monitoring & Infrastructure Support
Monitor and respond to RMM alerts.
Support network infrastructure and connectivity.
Proactively identify and resolve system issues.
Other Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal technical teams.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
Contribute to process and service improvements.
