Interview Coordinator / Scheduler | Full-Time | Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interview Coordinator / Scheduler to help manage our interview process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role focuses on reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining an efficient interview pipeline.

Recruiting experience is not required . Candidates with strong customer service, scheduling, administrative, or coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
• Availability for a few hours on either Saturday or Sunday is required to help prepare the Monday interview pipeline.
• Future schedules may include staggered shifts to support expanded interview coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Review 20–60 applications daily and identify qualified candidates.
• Contact candidates and schedule 12–20 interviews per day.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Verify RBT certifications through the BACB Registry when applicable.
• Follow up with unresponsive candidates and re-engage qualified applicants during slower periods.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep the interview pipeline organized and moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
• Healthcare, ABA, or RBT knowledge is an advantage but not required.
