SALES COORDINATOR
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers, using tools of communication available.
- Tracking sales data and providing reports to management.
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to about Sales matters and other concern.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison and or logistics department.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying & monitoring new products/pricing to add/update to those on offer.
- Providing excellent customer service when handling inquiries.
