ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE-AUDIT OFFICER/SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance management
-With at least 3 years experience in credit and collections, including
supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
-High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
-Proficient in Microsoft excel and financial software
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to manage staff and meet deadlines under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily accounts receivable operations to ensure timely collections.
-Conduct regular audits of customer accounts and invoicing practices.
-Prepare financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable.
-Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
-Implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
