Production Office Supervisor

- Supervise the daily operations of the Production Office and oversee Production Planning Assistants and Production Record Clerks.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of production schedules, reports, work orders, and production documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to support production requirements.
- Review and verify production records, inventory reports, and other operational documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor compliance with document control procedures, GMP, HACCP, and company policies.
- Consolidate production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor production performance and report production variances to management.
- Train, coach, and evaluate Production Office personnel.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and administrative efficiency.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in production administration or manufacturing operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP or production management systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing documentation
