- Accounting Supervisor manages and directs a team that handles accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
- Reconciles bank statements, expenses and other financial accounts regularly. Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of audit procedures.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require additional time during audits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, ethical, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
