Business Development Assistant

Job Summary
The Business Development Assistant is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential site locations for new store expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and assess potential commercial sites for new store locations.
- Scout and recommend suitable properties based on company site selection criteria.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and lessors regarding site availability and lease inquiries.
- Prepare site evaluation reports, documentation, and photo reports.
- Monitor the status of prospective sites and maintain an updated site acquisition tracker.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding site inspections, documentation, and project requirements.
- Assist in lease negotiations and document processing as needed.
- Travel frequently to conduct site visits and inspections within assigned areas.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM).
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in site acquisition, business development, real estate, sales, or a field-based role.
- Experience in site scouting, property evaluation, or expansion projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with commercial areas and market trends is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel extensively and work in the field.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Willing to use a personal motorcycle for fieldwork.
