- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal pricing and quality of materials.
- Oversee importation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing needs with overall organizational goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or importation
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and knowledge of import regulations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
