- Coordinate and manage importation procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of import documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain processes.
- Review and analyze incoming shipments for quality assurance compliance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in importation or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management and planning skills.
