Description - Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for purchasing materials and products.
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to secure favorable conditions.
- Manage purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
