YOUR MISSION

Support the execution of localized marketing strategies that bring the Anytime Fitness brand to life driving membership growth, retention, and community engagement across multiple clubs.

Youll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Club Managers, and Sales teams to design creative content, launch campaigns, and track results that directly move the needle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and member engagement.
• Create compelling marketing assets from social media content and digital ads to posters, flyers, and in-club materials.
• Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on social media platforms for assigned clubs.
• Coordinate with Club Managers to localize campaigns and ensure timely rollout of marketing activities.
• Support community events, local partnerships, and cross-promotions to build brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
• Stay informed on local trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3 years of marketing experience (agency, fitness, retail, or service brand experience a plus).
• Skilled in content creation and design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Social media savvy you know what drives engagement and conversions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and taking direction from marketing leadership.
• Driven by results, creativity, and continuous improvement.
