Success-Based Sales Executive (BPO Solutions)

You'll be our outbound hunter—identifying and qualifying prospects who can benefit from efficient, scalable outsourcing. You'll source your own leads through your network, research platforms, and prospecting initiatives, then convert them into signed contracts. Your role combines independent lead generation with collaborative account development.
**Key Workflow:**
* Source and qualify your own prospects presenting business solutions to companies/ owners
* Receive sales enablement support and product training
* Partner closely with Account Management to develop customized proposals tailored to each client's needs
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and immediate value delivery
* Close deals in a performance-driven commission environment
**Earnings: 5-10% Commission Per Successfully Signed Client**
Top performers compound their income through multiple signed accounts. Fast-track processing upon successful contract execution and client activation. No salary ceiling—your effort directly determines your earnings.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years in BPO, outsourcing, or related sales experience
* Comfortable prospecting independently—you're comfortable hunting for your own leads
* Track record of closing service contracts with measurable ROI outcomes
* Ability to articulate how outsourcing drives efficiency and reduces operating costs
* Collaborative mindset—work effectively with Account Management team
* Consultative selling approach—ask before pitching, solve before closing
* Self-motivated; thrives in commission-first environments
* CRM proficiency; autonomous work ethic with regular reporting
* Global perspective—we serve customers across key international markets
