As a Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute data-driven campaigns to scale brands and drive high-level engagement across all major social platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and curate dynamic social media calendars that align with brand goals.
- Manage daily campaigns and interact with followers to build community and brand authority.
- Build, audit, and optimize high-performing business pages (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YT, TikTok, etc.).
- Strategize Meta/Google ad campaigns and translate performance reports into actionable growth.
- Leverage tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot to scale fanbases and maintain brand consistency.
- You’re Strategic & Creative: You have a "copywriter’s brain" and an "editor’s eye" for design.
- You’re Tech-Savvy: You’re a power user of Canva, Hootsuite, and Meta Ads Manager.
- You’re Trend-Aware: You live and breathe social media trends and understand platform algorithms.
- You’re Data-Driven: You don't just post; you analyze what works and why.
