Role Responsibilities

• Campaign & Event Ownership: Planning, and execution of marketing campaigns for the IMF Le Sel Launch Campaign, NRF For Her Pure Musc Blanc Launch Campaign, SFD+EDF Holiday Campaign, EDF Eternal Aura Launch Campaign, and Skincare Workship + VIP Selling Events.
• Assist ongoing Marketing Campaigns
• Manage postings for the SkinSmart and LUXASIA social media account 
• and EDM requests for Skincare + SFD. Create creative assets for Skincare + SFD 2H campaigns
• KOL Seeding
• Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
• Monitor and compilation of brand postings in retailers, KOL mentions and engagement across platforms for principal reports
• Track social media post-performance (likes, comments, shares, reach, etc.) 
• Track competitor activity and summarize key insights
• Source suppliers and update master list, trackers
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare completion reports on assigned tasks, daily task monitoring Document learnings, outputs, and recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (3rd or 4th year)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
