Sales and Marketing Account Executive

Role Summary
Responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote iScreen’s digital advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, build pipeline, and close advertising sales deals.
- Identify and acquire new clients (brands, agencies, SMEs).
- Manage and grow existing client accounts for repeat business.
- Develop and present customized advertising proposals and media plans.
- Support marketing campaigns, activations, and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Represent iScreen in meetings, pitches, and networking events.
- Assist in creating sales materials, presentations, and marketing content.
Essential Skills
- Generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships.
- Align client needs with effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Handle negotiations and close sales with confidence.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and marketing pitches.
- Understand digital advertising and DOOH media trends.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all platforms.
- Manage multiple accounts and marketing tasks efficiently.
- Solve client and campaign challenges effectively.
- Use CRM tools and understand basic marketing metrics.
- Stay proactive, creative, and results-driven.
Educational Attainment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Master’s degree, seminars and certifications is an advantage, but not required.
Work Experience
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or tech
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, media sales, or DOOH is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
