Sales, Marketing and Social Media Manager

Sales, Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and leads for a company. This role involves creating and curating content, managing social media presence across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies. This includes defining goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each platform.
- Create and manage social media content calendar. Scheduling posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice, and aligning content with overall marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging and relevant content. Writing compelling copy, creating visually appealing graphics and videos, and adapting content for different platforms.
- Manage social media accounts. Posting content, responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization. Adjusting strategies and tactics based on data analysis to maximize results.
- Collaborate with other teams.
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and close sales through various channels (calls, emails, meetings).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay client feedback, ensure service alignment, and support continuous improvement in sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter.
