We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate with strong social media experience to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for digital trends and a proven ability to convert online engagement into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and client consultations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, graphics, and short videos
- Manage posting schedules and handle community engagement (comments and messages)
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns
- Run paid social media ads and track return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva; Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
