Description - Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and hours worked.
- Review and verify timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit timesheets for payroll processing.
- Resolve discrepancies in timekeeping data and address employee inquiries.
- Generate reports related to employee attendance and work hours.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll processing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
