Job Title: Payroll Associate
Primary Purpose:
Responsible for payroll processing and ensuring all employees across project sites receive accurate and timely payroll payments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Salaries and Wages – Weekly Payroll (Monday & Tuesday Process)
- Update records of newly hired, temporary, or transferred workers across all project sites.
- Consolidate stay-in monitoring/barracks information.
- Consolidate pay card requests.
- Email, consolidate, and upload attendance logs (ATTLOGS) through the system for all project sites.
- Prepare batch for special workers (Timecard Tab).
- Handle administrative tasks, warehouse staff coordination, and voucher preparation.
Timekeeping Process (Wednesday & Thursday)
- Compute and double-check posted timekeeping, including income and deduction adjustments.
- Generate reports for verification of total bank remittance.
- Send bank remittance to M’ Clarise for salary uploading via Metrobank (by Friday).
Report Generation
- Prepare payroll listing report/transaction file.
- Prepare payroll register in Excel per project/summary.
- Prepare BIR reports per project/summary.
- Prepare payroll expense allocation reports.
- Send pay slips via email to all HR coordinators.
- File weekly payroll summary (hard copy).
Last Pay Process
- Compute final pay for separated workers, including service incentive leave and proportionate 13th-month pay.
- Prepare cash from accounting for release and assist in Release, Waiver, and Quitclaim documentation.
- Assist HR Coordinators with payroll queries.
Education, Technical Capability & Career
- Graduate of any HR-related or business course.
- 1–2 years of experience as HR Assistant or Admin.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
