Medical call center Associate I

Fortrea seeks a Medical Call Center Associate I to handle medical information inquiries and adverse drug reaction reports received via phone, email, and fax. The role involves recording regulatory-compliant reports, supporting data quality activities, and performing assigned administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints via multiple communication channels
- Receive, record, and report adverse drug reactions according to regulatory timelines and internal procedures
- Track information and metrics, perform quality control checks on defined processes
- Support training activities and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 3-4 years pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO experience, or 1 year pharmacovigilance experience
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and safety databases
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices, ICH GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and collaborate in teams
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, biological sciences, or related field (preferred)
