Medical Contact Center Assistant I

Fortrea seeks a Medical Contact Center Assistant I to manage incoming medical inquiries, product complaints, and adverse drug reaction reports via multiple communication channels. The role involves documenting and reporting safety information according to regulatory requirements and supporting various administrative and quality control activities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints via phone, email, and fax
- Receive, document, and report adverse drug reactions according to regulatory timelines and internal procedures
- Track information metrics and perform quality control on defined process steps
- Support training activities and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Non-degree with 3-4 years pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO experience, or 1 year safety experience
- Associate degree with 2-3 years relevant industry experience, or 1 year safety experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices, regulatory requirements, and ICH GCP guidelines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently with moderate supervision
