Description - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions with customers in the company database.
- Assist in training new call center agents as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and patience
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
