Travel Sales Agent

Job Summary:
The Travel Sales Agen t is responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services to clients. The role involves assisting customers in planning their trips, providing travel information, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services.
- Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, visas, and travel policies.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in clients.
- Prepare quotations, travel proposals, and booking confirmations for clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers for reservations and arrangements.
- Process bookings, payments, and documentation related to travel services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and new travel packages.
- Address client concerns or issues related to bookings and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh Graduate may Apply.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and airline reservations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and online booking platforms.
