Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Travel Account to assist customers with travel-related inquiries. You will handle concerns involving flight bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel support while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, travel policies, and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system
- Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
Work Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full paid travel account and customer service training provided
What to expect:
- Fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Exposure to international travel and airline systems
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Amenable to shifting schedules
