Quantity Surveyor Manager

We are looking for a proactive Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our MEP/EPC construction team. The candidate will support the commercial and project teams by managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and financial control for electrical works across construction projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in MEP / EPC / construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical installations (LV/MV, lighting, power, ELV preferred)
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and cost control principles
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating / QS software
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Support tendering, bid evaluation, and subcontractor comparisons
- Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and variations
- Prepare progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts
- Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors
- Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure contract compliance
