1. Store Operations - Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
2. Sales & Profitability
- Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer footfall
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvements
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store employees
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Motivate team members to achieve performance goals
4. Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Build strong relationships with customers
5. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Prevent stock shortages and overstocking
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize losses
6. Financial Management
- Manage store budgets and expenses
- Handle cash management and billing processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
