Quantity Surveyor

MIZELA CORPORATION is a competent security system integrator and full-service provider, supporting clients through every phase of the security system lifecycle — from design and installation to integration and ongoing support.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control Systems) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing technical quotations, and supporting the execution of security system projects from start to finish.
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for supplies, preventive maintenance, and installations.
- Design layout plans, single-line diagrams, and Gantt charts for project management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and assist with inventory, mobilization, and logistics for project sites.
- Conduct site surveys and perform cable and EMT routing inspections, including device configuration and acceptance viewing.
- Prepare project documentation including service reports, progress reports, work permits, and certificates of completion.
- Support contract administration and perform additional tasks as required to ensure smooth project execution.
Required skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of Electronics Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or Information Technology (IT)
- Experience: Proven experience in cost estimation, contract coordination, and project documentation (preferably in engineering or construction projects). But fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Other:
- Willingness to work both in the office and at project sites.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
