Job Summary:
The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced food or retail environment. They assist customers, handle orders, prepare food or products, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Handle cash, card, or digital payments properly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and service counters
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate (Senior High preferred)
- Previous experience in food service or retail is an advantage (but not required)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
