Production Team Leader

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Train and mentor new staff on production processes and safety protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
