- Coordinate with other departments to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor team performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and mentoring to team members to foster professional development.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or team leadership
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive and results-oriented mindset
