- Provide training and mentoring to team members to foster professional development.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or team leadership
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
