We’re Hiring: Roving Store Team Leader (Luzon Deployment)
Be the backup every store can count on!
As we continue to expand across Luzon, we’re in need of reliable Roving Store Team Leaders who can step in and take charge when a branch is short on staff or in need of leadership support.
This role is perfect for someone flexible, dependable, and ready to lead wherever needed — whether it’s for emergency coverage, reliever duty, or supporting newly opened or understaffed stores.
- Act as the Team Leader or reliever in stores that are short on staff or leadership
- Handle daily store operations , ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Supervise sales, cashiering, and inventory activities as needed
- Support and guide in-store teams to reach sales targets and resolve issues
- Maintain store compliance with company procedures and standards
- Assist walk-in customers and ensure excellent front-facing service
- Stay updated on product pricing and store promotions
- At least college level in IT or any business-related field
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and cashiering (POS/manual systems)
- Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring and basic stockroom processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to be assigned on-call or deployed to different stores in Luzon depending on manpower needs
