- Manage and maintain all project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures.
- Facilitate document reviews and approvals.
- Coordinate with project teams for document distribution.

- Provide training on document control processes.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent time management, effective scheduling, proficient data entry, superior organizational skills, and capability in data analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage and maintain document files, ensure accurate data entry, assist in organizing schedules, and perform data analysis as needed.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard working hours and potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills.
