Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Control Room Operator to join our manufacturing team in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical plant utilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting maintenance activities to maximize production efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor process flow and regulate system operations from the control room.
- Operate and maintain cooling towers and air conditioning systems.
- Perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air compressors.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and utility systems.
- Clean and inspect equipment lines to prevent clogging and ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor equipment parameters and promptly report abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to address operational issues.
- Assist in line maintenance and equipment servicing when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering .
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment .
- Knowledge of machine operations, equipment monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Familiarity with cooling towers, air compressors, and utility systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule if required.
