Drink Preparation:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in accordance with company standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Customer Service:
Greet customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations.
Address customer inquiries and complaints profession
Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not always required.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.
Technical Skills:
Ability to operate coffee machines and other equipment.
