Passionate and skilled barista responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service.
Duties include taking orders, preparing and serving espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso machines, pour-over, etc.)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with latte art
* Knowledge of different coffee origins and roasting profiles
* Ability to work with POS systems
