Barista

HABITAT DAVAO
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.)
- Operate coffee machines and grinders to produce quality beverages
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Maintain stock levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies
- Handle cash and process payments
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive experience
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas at the end of the shift
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role (may not always be required for entry-level positions)
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
