Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting company products, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting the overall growth and development of the company’s brand. This role is highly hands-on, focusing on the implementation of marketing strategies, coordination of promotional activities and events, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives deliver measurable and impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels in line with company objectives and branding guidelines.
- Promote company products and services to target audiences to drive awareness and engagement.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing activities, events, and promotional efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and provide reports and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales and business goals.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations including content coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Support digital marketing initiatives such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Job Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Core skills: Creativity, communication, project management, and problem-solving.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office.
- Personal traits : Results-driven, adaptable, team- oriented, and enthusiastic about marketing.

Working Hourse : 8:00 - 6:30 pm (Compressed hours)
Working Schedule Monday - Friday
Working Condition: Full On-Site
Salary: Negotiable
