- Initiate projects and activities that support marketing strategies and objectives
- Execution & monitoring of marketing activities
- Event & project management
- Email marketing, content creation, and database management
- Social media content creation and community management
- Customer study and segmentation
- Customer database management and communication
- Competitor study
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, content creation, or events
- Has a collaborative leadership style that motivates people and keeps projects moving
- Great communicator - written, verbal, visual
- Creative thinker with strong organizational skills
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Has the ability to develop creative and original concepts for promotions and events
- Experience in event coordination, social media management, email marketing, and/or B2B marketing
