- Proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in B2B sales, technical products, construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial products, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, persistent, and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Strong organizational, planning, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.
