Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Process Excellence professional with strong experience in process improvement, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational excellence within the BPO/CPO industry. The ideal candidate will lead Green Belt-level improvement projects, analyze business processes, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions to improve productivity, quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop actionable recommendations to enhance process efficiency, quality, and productivity.

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, control plans, and other process documentation.

• Collaborate with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, team huddles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation to communicate findings and improvement results.

• Develop training materials and support teams in adopting new processes and standardized procedures.

• Monitor implemented solutions to ensure improvements are sustained and aligned with business objectives.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Support Business Excellence Managers, Black Belts, and transformation teams in broader continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement roles.

• Relevant experience in the BPO/CPO industry.

• Hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.

• Experience developing SOPs, process maps, control plans, and training materials.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies beyond Green Belt level.

• Experience working with Black Belts, Business Excellence Managers, or transformation teams.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, huddles, and process reviews.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes.

• Demonstrated success in sustaining improvements through control plans and standardized documentation.

• Experience in business writing, process documentation, and delivering training.
