Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Process Excellence professional with experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, business analysis, and BPO/CPO operations. The ideal candidate must hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and have hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, root cause analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis.
The successful candidate will analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, develop standardized processes, and collaborate with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, quality, and sustainable business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Green Belt-level process improvement projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
Analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes affecting operational performance.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, and training materials.
Collaborate with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvement initiatives.
Facilitate process reviews, workshops, huddles, and continuous improvement discussions.
Track project progress and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained through control plans and standardized documentation.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business recommendations for stakeholders.
Support Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and business objectives.
Encourage stakeholder engagement and adoption of improved processes.
Work alongside Black Belts, Business Excellence Managers, and transformation teams when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required.
At least 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
Relevant BPO/CPO experience.
Hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
Experience developing SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies beyond Green Belt level.
Experience working with Black Belts, Business Excellence Managers, or transformation teams.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving process adoption and sustaining improvements through control plans and standardized documentation.
Strong business writing and training delivery capabilities.
Required Certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
